Job Description

The Customer Support Officer (Volunteer) will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing user inquiries and providing timely, professional support for MHI’s digital health services. You will play a key role in setting up and executing a robust customer support function, ensuring service levels meet or exceed response time and satisfaction targets. This role involves responding to inquiries via email, phone, or chat, guiding new users through onboarding, and providing training where necessary. You will collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues, track feedback for continuous improvement, and represent MHI in all customer interactions to reinforce the brand’s values and commitment to service excellence.
