Job Description

As Head of Technology at MHI, you will oversee the entire technical strategy and execution. You’ll build, code, and scale MHI’s platform while managing AI integration, cloud infrastructure, and a growing tech team. Key responsibilities include: - Architect, build, and deploy applications. - Integrate AI for healthcare. - Manage cloud infrastructure. - Mentor the engineering team. - Collaborate with co-founders on product vision.

Requirements

• Strong experience in web and mobile development.
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and API implementation.
• Cloud infrastructure expertise (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• AI/ML deployment experience in healthcare.
• Proven track record in scaling products.
• Security and compliance knowledge (HIPAA, GDPR).
