Job Description

The Partnership Manager (Volunteer) will establish and nurture strategic relationships with organizations that align with MHI’s mission, including healthcare providers, NGOs, government agencies, and technology partners. You will identify partnership opportunities, develop proposals, and coordinate collaborative initiatives that drive mutual value and support MHI’s growth. This role involves managing ongoing partner relationships, exploring new areas for collaboration, and overseeing joint activities such as pilot programs, co-marketing efforts, and grant projects. You will work closely with the CEO, business development, product, and marketing teams to ensure partnerships are strategically aligned and deliver measurable impact.

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop compelling proposals and collaboration models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or nonprofit sector is an advantage.
