Job Description

The Health Insurance Specialist (Volunteer) will validate and enhance MHI’s platform features for insurance providers, ensuring they meet compliance requirements and address industry needs. You will recruit and engage beta testers from the insurance sector, evaluate feature functionality, and provide feedback to improve usability and effectiveness. This role involves conducting simulations and case studies to test insurance-related features, facilitating feedback sessions with industry professionals, and ensuring solutions align with best practices and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with the product development, compliance, and business development teams to integrate insurance-specific requirements into MHI’s platform.

Requirements
