Job Description

The Physician (Volunteer) will validate and refine MHI’s platform features for private practitioners, patients, and healthcare facilities, ensuring they meet clinical and operational standards. You will recruit and collaborate with beta testers from diverse healthcare settings, evaluate platform functionality, and provide recommendations for improvement. This role involves simulating real-world clinical scenarios, organizing feedback sessions with healthcare providers and patients, and ensuring features support efficient workflows, quality care, and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with the product development, design, business development, and marketing teams to ensure clinical relevance and user-centered design in all solutions.

Requirements

• Licensed physician with clinical practice experience.
• Strong understanding of patient care workflows and healthcare operations.
• Ability to evaluate digital health tools in clinical contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical approach with attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in healthcare technology is an advantage.
