Job Description

The Pharmacist (Volunteer) will validate and refine MHI’s platform features for pharmacy operations, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and operational needs. You will engage and collaborate with beta testers from various pharmacy types, assess feature functionality, and provide feedback for enhancements. This role involves simulating pharmacy workflows such as inventory management and prescription processing, conducting feedback sessions with pharmacy professionals, and ensuring features support compliance, efficiency, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align pharmacy-related solutions with user needs and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Licensed pharmacist or significant experience in pharmacy operations.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, regulations, and standards.
• Ability to evaluate and test platform features for functionality and usability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience with healthcare or pharmacy technology is an advantage.
