Job Description

The Med Lab Scientist (Volunteer) will validate and refine MHI’s platform features that support laboratory operations, ensuring alignment with clinical requirements and industry standards. You will recruit and engage beta testers from the laboratory sector, assess feature functionality, and provide insights to improve usability and accuracy. This role involves conducting simulated tests and case studies, organizing feedback sessions with lab professionals, and ensuring platform features support compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence in laboratory settings. You will collaborate closely with product development, beta testers, and training teams to enhance lab-specific functionality.

Requirements

• Professional qualification and/or experience in medical laboratory science.
• Strong understanding of laboratory processes, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to conduct functional testing and usability assessments.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience working with healthcare technology is an advantage.
