Job Description

The Fullstack Developer (Volunteer) will design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of MHI’s digital platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for healthcare providers and patients. You will work with a range of technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves writing clean, maintainable code, integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring interoperability across systems. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and the cybersecurity team to deliver high-quality features while maintaining performance, security, and scalability standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Java).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
