Job Description

The Business Analyst (Volunteer) will analyze MHI’s business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. You will gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and organizational goals. This role involves conducting process reviews, creating performance reports and dashboards, and supporting the implementation of new tools and workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and data science, to ensure proposed solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with MHI’s strategic objectives.
