Job Description

The Business & Financial Analyst (Volunteer) will support MHI’s strategic decision-making by conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will focus on financial planning, budgeting, and evaluating the financial viability of projects and partnerships, ensuring the organization’s resources are effectively allocated. This role involves preparing financial reports, developing financial models, and analyzing metrics to provide insights on cost control, revenue growth, and profitability. You will collaborate with finance, business development, and strategy teams to assess potential opportunities, monitor performance, and recommend improvements that align with MHI’s growth objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and profitability metrics.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
