Job Description

The AI/ML Engineer (Volunteer) will design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning models that enhance MHI’s digital health solutions. You will work with healthcare data to create predictive models, diagnostic tools, and personalized healthcare features that improve service delivery and patient outcomes. This role involves conducting research on new AI/ML techniques, performing data preprocessing and feature engineering, and deploying models in cloud environments for scalability and performance. You will collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and cybersecurity experts to ensure models are accurate, efficient, and compliant with data privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience building, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
• Experience working with healthcare datasets is an advantage.
