Job Description

The Project Manager (Volunteer) will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope, contributing to MHI’s strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. You will define project objectives, develop detailed plans, manage resources, and track progress to ensure successful delivery. This role involves identifying and mitigating risks, managing budgets, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. You will also conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future processes. The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to coordinate activities, ensure alignment, and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
